AMERICA the BEAUTIFUL...

Tonight before yoga class someone said, "Where is everyone?"

Another person said, "In D.C."

I interjected, "Wish I were there..."

To which the first person snickered, rolled her eyes, shot the other woman a "yeah, right" look and turned from me.

Pleeeease! This is NOT about politics. And if it is...grow up. This country needs unity. If it's not, grow up. Stop being a bigot.

Hello?!?!? This is AMERICA!

Which led me to finding this graphic. I went to ClipArt (on Microsoft Office) and typed "American." This is the third graphic that came up (the first two were also Obama. I just liked this one the best!).

Hey, if Clip Art gets it...

Diana, I am so hoping for unity. I think Obama has given all of us so much to hope for--a fabulous way to begin a new year. I know hope can't change the world, but it is a wonderful beginning to a wonderful new world...

again yoga teaches us to breathe out--let go of rolling eyeballs... :0)

You are so right!, and good for you, speaking up!, after all we are all God's children, It is time that we acknowledged that. I am 77 years old, and was born during The Great Depression, and firmly believe that to be President Obama can lead us out of the one we are in now, It is up to all of us, White, or Black to speak up!
